Description
Rosie, a cute little pig, is eager to learn cycling and explore the world. She has all she needs on the farm - a mud bath for fun, enough food to eat, and a stinky but cozy pigpen. One day, she sees a strange two - footed, tailless creature riding a bike and thinks it's a piece of cake. But when she sneaks out at night to try, she realizes it's much harder than it seems. First, you've got to learn to pedal, then balance, and don't forget braking! Every night, watched by her friend the moon, Rosie keeps trying. After each fall, she learns something new, like giving a push, wearing a helmet, or asking for help. She knows that once she masters cycling, she could travel far and wide. Written by Pierrette Dubé and illustrated by Orbie. Ages 4 - 8.
